Terms and Conditions
Between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the user") and Almasar Noon Virtual Trading Company ("n.line") (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the company"). These terms govern the user's access to and use of the n.line mobile application on any device, software, or platform (collectively referred to as the "Mobile Application") or n.line services ("Services"), which include but are not limited to:
- Online product ordering services through the mobile application.
- Communication services with the listed product provider or any of its employees or representatives (collectively referred to as "the client").
- Communication services with other users.
- Online uploads.
- Browsing, reviewing, or submitting any content or material on the mobile application.
The services we provide are available on the mobile application. By using the services or the mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The provision of services is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and all provisions contained herein, including any operational rules, policies, and procedures referenced in this document. By using the mobile application or services, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them, including any headings or annexes attached to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, including any operating rules, policies, and procedures referenced herein, you are not authorized to use our services and must stop using them immediately.
2. Amendments and Updates
The company reserves the right to review these terms and any related operational rules, policies, procedures, or documents (collectively referred to as "n.line Documents") and make necessary amendments, changes, or updates. A new version of the n.line Document (referred to as the "Revised Version") will be created at the company’s sole discretion.
The company will notify users of each Revised Version under the Notifications and Communications clause below. Upon notification, the user is responsible for reading and understanding the Revised Version. Furthermore, the user acknowledges that they will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the Revised Version if they continue to use the mobile application or services after the effective date ("Effective Date"). If the user does not agree to the Revised Version, they must stop using the services from the Effective Date. The Effective Date of the Revised Version is the date on which the company notifies the user. Consequently, the latest Revised Version supersedes all previous versions.
3. Notifications and Communications
By using our services, the user agrees to ensure the accuracy, validity, and currency of their contact information and any other required information to utilize our services fully or partially.
The user agrees to receive and acknowledge all communications sent by the company, including but not limited to documents, agreements, notifications, and notices sent electronically via email, SMS, messages, or notifications through the mobile application or website, or by publishing them on the mobile application or through our services.
Furthermore, the user agrees that all electronic communications sent by the company meet the legal requirements of written communication.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any use of the mobile application or services are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. Disclaimer
The information, content, products, services, and materials available on the mobile application and services (whether provided by Almasar Noon Virtual Trading Company ("n.line") or by you, other users, affiliated companies, or third parties) include but are not limited to order placement, product requests, texts, images, graphics, audio and video files, and links, all provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, Almasar Noon Virtual Trading Company (n.line) disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses, and implied warranties arising from the course of dealing or performance.
